Quite disappointed about giving wrong information. I paid $138.00 to see Dr. Eisenhower for a lump on my eyelid. She told me it is a chalazion and that she doesn't have, and I quote, "the tiny tools" to remove it. She referred me to another doctor. I told her I just paid $138.00 to hear that I have a chalazion and that she cannot do anything for me and then I asked: "Will I have to pay another visit to the new doctor plus pay for the removal?" To which she replied: "Oh no, you just go there for chalazion removal, because I have already seen you and we will make the appointment for you. He will know it is for chalazion removal. You pay for the removal and that is it. In and out." To which I replied: "Okay, that makes sense. Thank you." - Then her staff made the appointment for me. - Lo and behold, when I went to the new doctor, who apparently has tiny tools to remove chalazia, I was charged for a visit and for the removal. I wish I was told the truth from the beginning, so I could have been prepared as to what I would have to pay. That was not right.
