i've had 2 run-ins with this place and each one was horrible.
first one was i was fresh to the area and ran out of contacts. had to wait for an appointment somewhere else, but i wasn't upset bc i had my glasses. well, my glasses broke. went here because i was told my multiple people they would fix them for free. they turned me away (keep in mind, i had no way to see. no contacts, no glasses). said that because my glasses weren't from a walmart they had no way of helping me. i'm sorry. glasses are glasses? you would think you'd have enough empathy to help someone. i COULDNT SEE.
next one was the other day. i got my contacts but needed new glasses obviously. walked in and this lady had the most amount of attitude id ever seen. at first i thought i was being a bit dramatic because i was dealing with a fresh break up and already didn't like this place from turning me away before, but my mom said she felt they were being rude as well. never dealt with a place that gives SO. MUCH. attitude.

Shout out to Teresa Miller. Outstanding service. We bought our glasses at the Johnson city store and we're here out of town and my wife's glasses needed a nose piece. Well Teresa jumped at the chance to help putting on a new set. My wife was so pleased with her work. Thanks Walmart for hiring such nice people.

I couldn't see out of my glasses. And when my doctor's office called for information about the lens in my glasses was told that I had not been there.
I called them and gave them the information from my receipt then all of a sudden they found my information.
The lens were not put into the frame correctly so they squeaked when you touched them.
I got a full refund.

appointment was at 10:15 I didn't get in until 10:40 and there was only one other person there. Should not take that long to get me back there. And when I got back they were having "technical difficulties" therefore it took almost another 30 minutes before my exam even started.

Very poor service. Very unreliable my new glasses the lens cracked only 2 months after I got them they have had them 2 weeks and only yesterday they sent them off to be repaired. Now 2 more weeks of waiting if not longer. Never again. SMH.
