Walmart Vision & Glasses

Super helpful. Really helped with an insurance issue. Would highly recommend this vision center and Dr. Sherrill's office.

The most excellent customer service i have experienced. The store associate went above and beyond to accommodate us so my little daughter could get her glasses and SEE before we left for our vacation. I won't go anywhere again.

Theresa Ellis, the Vision Center Manager assisted me with my choice of frames and lenses after receiving my new prescription from Dr. Sherril next door to the vision center. I found they kind of frames I liked and she helped me select the type of lenses I wanted. My previous lenses were not transitions and I wanted that feature again. She was most helpful and carefully performed her measurements so my glasses would perform perfectly for me. The glasses arrived promptly, just as she predicted and after getting them adjusted for my face I walked away a satisfied customer. There was a bit of a change in the prescription. However, now that my eyes have adapted to the new lenses, I CAN SEE AGAIN! Thank you Walmart and thank you Teresa for your assistance. I have purchased eyeglasses from the Oak Ridge Walmart and will do again in the future.

Absolute waste of time. I called multiple times before driving from Knoxville because I heard good things just to be told the doctor isn't going to be around until Thursday, utter disappointment and waste of my time, lazy people won't bother answering a phone when it's busy

I had to share my experience with them. Honestly? They were amazing! I was lucky enough to get into an a early appointment at 8:30, due to the fact that right when I walked in their 8:30 had canceled. I was relieved. They gave me the paperwork to fill out and after explaining the reason as to why I had been there to receive care, they were eager and happy to help me get started. My husband recently applied for Vision Insurance for the both of us, but they were having a hard time gathering his information (It was our insurance company's fault, as expected). They explained to me that if I wanted to, they could go ahead and take me back to start the exam, or we were more than welcome to wait until we sorted everything out. We decided to go through with the exam. It was simple, easy, and fun! They made me feel comfortable, which is the one thing I look for with any care facility. At the end of my exam, we were unable to process our payment and they were exceptionally good and understanding about the issue. We were told to not even worry about it, that it was fine if we couldn't pay today, and they aren't concerned about when we'll be able to pay either. It warmed my heart and my husband's too! We were so pleased with how they treated us that we wanted to get them a little something to show our appreciation. I don't think I could've been treated any better! Thank you for such a wonderful visit!

Absolutely awful customer service. The girl was so hateful and rude.

Really nice people everyone at office! I would recommend this vision center!

Arrived before 5PM on Sunday and the optical shop was already closed. Made eye contact with the girl working and she just continued to close the inside. Don't close before the hours that are posted.
