As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted right away and not in an overwhelming way more like a welcome home way! I was taken right back and the process was as fluent as a cascading waterfall. The Dr. was able to get my vision right and now I'm happy to say I can actually see my beautiful wife again. I can't recommend the whole team enough it was definitely the best eye care I have had!

In my 30+ years of wearing glasses, I have never experienced such a complete and thorough eye examination. The 2 lovely ladies at the reception welcomed me and helped me greatly in choosing the right frames for me. Dr Carden was extremely well educated in the science of the eyes, and answered all my questions with patience and in great detail. This is our 2nd experience with Dr. Ben Carden and his team! My husband & daughter first went a few years ago ( he had just opened) & yesterday my husband & myself went for exams...I can only remember one of their names but they were ALL so welcoming both times & the ease of the exam was smooth. I've had several eye exams but here you are family to them...NOT just a #... we were treated like guests & not rushed or neglected. They take their time with each person. I splurged this year on Maui Jim Prescription Sunglasses and found some I liked at their office but decided to go home and look at all options & decided on a different color online. We support local businesses first then online... so I called this morning to check if they could order them. Tiffany & Dr. Ben Carden immediately checked and got back to me with the cost. I was extremely impressed by their response. We are cash pay clients so I was expecting it to be very expensive. Dr. Ben Carden extended a big savings to me that he could have pocketed himself & I would have never known the difference. So when I heard the amount I Immediately knew! I hung up the phone and told everyone in my office how incredibly generous he was! I was already impressed from the 1st time I scheduled appointments a few years ago with him... he was still waiting to officially open but took my phone call personally to take care of my family. He also offers self pay prices that are affordable. Dr. Ben Carden, his fabulous wife & his exceptional team are absolutely spot on with their exceptional level of care for others

The staff is friendly and efficient, and the doctor is outstanding, patient, thorough, and great at explaining everything clearly. We really appreciate how helpful they are in recommending treatment options and making sure we understand all our choices. Carden Eye Care is fantastic! The office is aesthetically pleasing, the girls at the front are kind and welcoming, and Dr. Carden is thorough and knowledgeable. He really did transform my vision after seeing eye doctors for years who didn't make any difference.

It was my first visit to Carden Eye Care. Received a very pleasant greeting upon arrival. The staff who examined my eyes and assisted me with the selection of frames were great. Very pleasant and attentive and very knowledgeable. Dr. Carden was great also. Really knowledgeable and efficient. Explained the results of my exam really well and focused on my needs. I was very happy with the whole experience.

New to the office and first impression is top notch. Clean and sleek. Advanced technology, no dilating the eyes or pokers! Staff is so sweet and nice. Ben, the provider has the best manner. Highly recommend this establishment. Felt more like visiting a friend rather than an appointment.
