Epic Optical

Where do I start! I had to switch from my regular Doctor due to insurance and was very upset. But it was the best thing that happened to me and my family! Everyone is so nice and helpful. State of the art equipment and the staff is amazing! I highly recommend Epic Optical! Thank you to Dr. Bailey, Miles, Mattie and Daniella! I'm looking forward to going back again!

Me and 2 of my kids went here and had an amazing experience. The optometrist was very calm and helpful with my young son's first appointment. Miles helped us pick out glasses and made sure everything fit right when we picked them up.

The best way to describe Epic Optical in Ooltewah is they are extremely patient oriented. Dr. Dell is very professional and communicative, and the staff members there are all very friendly and go the extra mile to help you in any way. They also have some amazing modern equipment there to help diagnosis any issues you might have. Wait time is near zero. They have earned my highest recommended!

I've been seeing Dr. Carkner for a few years now, and he's great! He's kind, laid-back, and professional. He takes the time needed to make sure my prescription is always spot on. I've never experienced this level of accuracy and clarity of vision anywhere else. He informed me of useful techniques I can use to manage my dry eyes. He also talked to me about progressives and how they've improved over time, and I've been purchasing them for a couple of years now. In addition, he was respectful of my personal health challenges during the pandemic by wearing a mask during my visit. Most of the office staff is also very helpful and kind, especially Miles, who helped me locate difficult to find frames and measured my progressives perfectly. I've never had a better pair of glasses! I go to the Ooltewah location, and it's the best experience I've ever had at an optometrist's office.

We love Epic Optical and have been customers since it opened! Miles and the entire staff are kind, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. They treat us like family and have a wonderful selection of glasses.

I always get all my eye exams and glasses from Epic Optical. I was such a great experience! Today I came in Because the last set of glasses I purchased, Ecos, which I love, or sliding down my nose and falling off. It was interfering with my ability to do my job and I could not see correctly through the progressive lens. Miles immediately recognized the issue and took care of the problem for me, shaping the earpieces pieces and even replacing the nose pieces! My favorite ever glasses are perfect again! Miles is such a cheerful, pleasant person and I so appreciated the promptness with which he took care of my problem.. As always, so happy that I do business with epic optical!

I enjoyed the large selection of glasses. However, it was difficult to find something that worked. Miles not only helped find a pair that I liked, but he was very kind and patient with answering any questions and adjustments to my glasses. It was a wonderful experience.
