The doctor here is extremely rude. I overheard him (hard not to hear him) tell the lady in the front office he did not care what I wanted when I walked back in to let them know the contact lens prescription they wrote me was not working. Turns out the eye doc imputed some wrong numbers. This office also charged me for the contact exam when my vision insurance covered it. Thankfully the insurance company is going to reimburse me. The ladies in the front office are professional, but need more knowledge when it comes to insurances they take... I actually feel sorry for them cause the optometrist is so completely rude hollering at that lady. Bless her.
