Doctor Joe and Doctor Matt are the best doctors I have ever seen. They are also great people who care about their patients. Also have a great staff.

We started with Dr Harper and his son three years ago. This is where we come back to every year to get our eyes checked and get new glasses. Doctors and staff are very pleasant people and very helpful.

I went as a new patient , I didn't have to wait they were patiently waiting for me to Fill out my records. The whole appointment I was taken care of & the Dr. Was so thorough He helped me pick out the frames and made sure how they fit. I will be returning for other things an the Glasses should be in 2wks . Thank You All at Harper Eye Center, you are the Best Eye Experience I've had. Recommend Highly.

Dr. Harper and his staff are amazing people! The friendliest I've ever met from a eye doctor place. He explained exactly what was going on and was very thorough in every way! I'll be going back again and again. Don't waste your time anywhere else, he is very affordable aswell.

You will spend some time there because he is thorough. I had taken my young son to two different doctors and they both told me he had 20/20 vision. I knew something was wrong because whenever he looked at things in a distance he turned his head. Dr. Harper was the only one to find out he had an astigmatism. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Harper.

I have never had a better eye exam from any other doctors than I have from both Drs Harper! Very knowledgeable and thorough examinations. Proud to be a patient at Harper Eye Care Center.

Friends in Ripley, Do not go to Dr. Harper for your eyes. He would not take my VA documentation for procedures already performed 2 months ago insisting he had to run them all again. He tried to sell me on the most expensive test in his office (not many know how much tests cost) as a way to avoid eye dilation without telling me how much it would cost me. He would not run my insurance before the office visit to determine what out of pocket expense will be. HIS REASONING WAS, WELL WE DONT KNOW WHAT ALL WE WILL HAVE TO DO TO YOU. PEOPLE, HOW MUCH EQUIPMENT DO YOU THINK WILL FIT IN HIS TINY BUILDING. EVEN A HOSPITAL CAN ESTIMATE OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE PRIOR TO HAVING SURGERY AND ALOT MORE UNEXPECTED THINGS CAN HAPPEN IN SURGERY. THIS IS CROOKED PRACTICE.

I just moved to Tennessee and was told this was the place to go and they took my insurance which was a plus. Upon arriving, I told them I would be buying glasses online (I was told by a friend to tell them this so they could write my prescription differently) and they proceeded to tell me that I would not be allowed back as a customer because, "that's policy," which was fine. During my exam, I asked how much my insurance would cover if I did decide to buy glasses there, my copay would've been $130. I was then told, "since my dad was paying for it why wouldn't I just buy glasses there." For the record, my dad did not pay for it and I am glad I am not allowed back.
