I cannot say enough about Dr Swain and his team. In the few years that I have been seeing Dr Swain, He and his team have far exceeded my expectations. Whether it was a routine check up, being fitted for new glasses and contacts or more recently referring me to another Doctor for cataract surgery. The care that was and is provided to me by Dr Swain and his team is truly remarkable. Everyone has been so professional and caring in giving me the best customer care. I highly recommend Dr. Swain and his staff and hope that He and his staff would receive the honors due for such outstanding customer care and professionalism.

The staff was super friendly. Everyone made you feel welcome and at ease. The office was clean and precautions were taken to sterilize the equipment before it was used on me. Dr. Swain was extremely thorough on the examination and explained any questions I had with satisfaction. I highly recommend this clinic.

Doctor Swain is easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The young woman that helped us find frames today went above and beyond good customer service. I even added an upgrade that I didn't need and he called me to inform me of the mistake and offered a refund for that upgrade. Highly recommend!

Dr. Swain and his team got me in and out with ease. Very accommodating when scheduling. Office staff was helpful. Dr. Swain helped me during a moment of panic. I was in pain and he was able to assist me in the office. Dr. Swain even called to check on me a few days later. Exceptional experience. Thankful my family found him. Dr. Swain is the best

Dr. Swain and the staff are incredible. They're very professional but also friendly. You definitely feel welcomed when you walk through the door. Their office is always kept neat and clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
