It was time for a new prescription. I had been using a different optometrist and liked the doctor's very well. But the technicians could not get my glasses correct ever!! After several attempts to get my glasses correct I just settled for what I had. Cris at Hagoods got both pairs of my Costas correct the first time. And my prescription was spot on. I spend a lot of money on my glasses I expect them to be correct And they absolutely are. The mirror finish on my Costas is a fabulous finish. I can't recommend the team at Hagoods enough for high quality and high end products. I appreciate the confidence and product knowledge they have at Hagoods

Very rude today. Treated like I wasn't good enough to be there. I had been working in the flowers outside so I wasn't dressed to impress I guess. Told the lady dressed in scrubs not the front office ladies whom where very nice and helpfull I was there to drop off frames 3 times for a older lady i sit with. Told her she called this morning and was told to bring them up there. she kept misunderstanding me asking me if I had some frames to pick up so I had to repeat myself 3 times so then she gets mad and reached down and like yanked the glasses case out of my hands. Like forcefully and stomps off. Getting mad over a misunderstanding. Acting like that because she isn't listening. I've never been treated like that or had a adult perk something away from me and stomp off like a 2 year old at a doctor's office. Like speech less. Professional? I did repeat myself but I couldn't help it i had no frames to pick up as I said. But yeah speechless. Anyway got what we needed somewhere else and was treated with respect. Wouldn't take my goldfish here to be treated like that.

Best service I received in eye care. Staff and doctor were very personable and professional. Chris was exceptionally helpful in helping me pick the right frames that would fit my face. Never had that kind of help before. I was always left to pick my own frames by other vision care specialists. He also explained everything very well so I could pick the right options that were best suited for me. Thank you so much to all the staff from the front desk through check out. God bless.

Always a good experience - for a regular exam, urgent visit for my dry eye issues, like scratched corneas, eye glasses and repairs. Dr Haygood was the first to have and share newer prescription options and how diet, suppliments and eye wipes can really help in managing my severe dry eye disease!!

R U D E !!! They know more than I do when it comes to my insurance and what they will pay?!?! NO WRONG lady. I'll go to someone that wants up to $3800.00 for my glasses. I truly hope that Dr Hagood reads this. Maybe THEY should call insurance companies before being hateful on the phone !
