I had a piece of metal in my eye. My doctor couldn't fix it, called here, they said send him down we'll fix it. Less than an hour later the object is removed by Dr. Abernathy and I'm on my way home. Very, very nice folks here, no drama or sitting for hours, in and out in a timely fashion! I know who my new eye doctor is now!

Ordered a years worth of contact. Trial pack worked fine. I had some older contacts left so I finished wearing those. Went to try new ones on and couldn't not see. Doc/nurse says they couldn't not do anything except do new fitting. (insurance wouldnt cover so wouldmore out of pocket) Because it had been 6 months. In 6 days yes it would be. So I have no contacts loss of $300. And will still have to wait for another 6 months for insurance to cover more. Thanks for nothing.

Called to see if they are taking new patients. I like they had 4.5 stars. Secretary tells me they can get him in in September. I said man we need more dentists that's a long time away. She said we have four here in town. I said ok well let me see if I can find someone to get him in sooner and if not I'll call back. She said ok then click.
I don't care if you have a million customers. You don't treat people that way. That's how you get yourself an empty schedule.

Everyone was so friendly and fast today! There was hardly a wait at all, and everyone worked together super efficiently to get me in and out quickly. My prescription happened to be available, so I was even able to get my glasses today.
This was the best optometry experience I've had in over a decade, and I am so happy that I made the decision to come here.
The prices are comparable with everywhere else I've been, and the service is way above and beyond wonderful.

I've been here multiple times and never had any issues. I even had to get an emergency appointment because of an issue with my eye and they were able to fit me in same day and fixed my problem. I wouldn't bother with buying glasses here though as they're overpriced (as is typical with any optometrist office). I buy my lenses and contacts through VisionWorks as it's more affordable with my insurance but I can't say anything negative about this office or the staff.

We love all the staff of RVC. It is very easy to get a appointment and the exam is quick and painless. Great service for both adults and children. The ease of ordering glasses is simple and they arrive pretty quickly. Would highly recommend Eddie or any of his team of doctors if you need your vision checked.
