I like the choice of frames And staff is nice. But we were charged a nonexistent copay and this is the second time for me. After I received my Eob I saw I wasn't supposed to be charged. Trying to get a refund is difficult. This may cause me and my husband not to return. We will see if we get refund checks

I have received premium care from Dr Jones and his staff at Rogers Eye Center. My jouney began back in March 2023 with an emergency 3 pm Sunday afternoon visit with Dr Jones. He had me an appointment with MidSouth Retina the following Monday at 830am. He has followed my journey through all the treaments and procedures and continues to be active in my case with MidSouth Retina. He is very professional and courteous and compassionate about his patients.

I've been coming here for quite a while and have not had any real problems untill I seen Dr patrick Jones don't know what the problem is all I know is since August of 2020 I have had 5 different lenses put iny frames due to not being able to see clearly with them especially when I am driving I have to take them off to be able to drive at which I still can't see clearly but I can see better without them but I'm supposed to wear them all the time
