Nope not coming here again my left eye prescription is wrong slight blurry and the big belly guy is sooo slow and rude and now my glasses is falling off and he the man that gives your glasses he is rude and there hours are not same as the sign they put it says 9 to 6 but they close at 5 and they have 1 to 2 pm lunch hour that it should be written there to and when i went there at t was closes till 2 and i didnt no that and when i called if they opened the man was so rude he sad we have lunch since 10 years 1 to 2 , how should i no that? Theres no sign that it writes the lunch hours and i wasnt here 10 years!! No no im never going back here i dont recomend it dont go here for exam and for your lens etc they ruined my 200 $ glasses!!

Not only are the prices very affordable but the Manager, Katie & her staff, Rebecca & Kelly are knowledgeable & ready to help any way they can. They make sure you are satisfied with your new glasses & encourage you to come back any time with any issues. Very satisfied with my glasses & would highly recommend everyone to visit them.

Our experience doesn't rate any stars. Brianna ( i think that is her name,she pregnant)has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very rude, smart mouthed and hateful. After our experience with her we was going to return the glasses and go somewhere else but Johnny and Chrissy changed our minds. They were very helpful and understanding. I have been told but friends of mine that they have had the same problem with this same woman. Teach her how to treat customers or get rid of her. She was late opening up as well.

They were sweet people but broke my friends glass that were $200 and tried to replace put the frames in a $9 pair. && make her pay for them. No.No.No. not happy at all! But again they were sweet people.

If I could rate this place with 0 stars I would. Very slow service and they give you an attitude as soon as you walk in. It is like you are bothering them. I will not be buying glasses from here again.

I have been on multiple occasions and have never even Been able to find someone to help me the all walk away and jump on their phones like they are scared to do the job they get paid to do. It's sad that Nobody cares enough to do something about it
