Love Dr. Bell! The staff is very friendly and attentive.

I booked an appointment here 3 months out. During the wait up to the appointment, i started getting calls asking me to give up the appointment for a later time. Keep in mind it's been 5 years since I've been to this place and got glasses, so I had no intention of giving up my appointment. Next during my scheduled appointment I've been waiting on for 3 months the technician responsible for ordering my glasses says they have to go pick up their kid from school and I can just come back later and get my prescription ordered. I come back the next day and they are at the "other office", I call again a few days later and they are sick. Finally, after 3 to 4 weeks, I found out that they ordered glasses and my backup lenses without any heads up. Again, I barely make it in to get the glasses before they leave. Just doesn't seem like they care about your time here. Heard good things about bedford vision. Gunna try them next.

Dr. Bell is great, she takes her time going over any concerns you have. They do a thorough eye exam and go over all recommendations, they're never in a hurry, they make you feel comfortable. They're the only ones we'll go to!

I recently had cataract surgery at the Tullahoma eye surgery center, it was a very nice experience. The prep nurse very helpful with talking to me and letting me know what to expect. The anesthesiologist was equally as nice as were the rest of the staff. I look forward to my next visit with no fears, thanks to a wonderful staff.

Very happy with the service. Doctor was very nice, talked with me about the procedure I was about to have. Let me ask any questions. I was most likely the worst patient as I was a bit freaked out and it was pretty painful even after getting numbed. Would of been 4 stars but I did arrive 15min early but wasn't seen till 90min after appointment time. But thats my only complaint. Everything else was as expected and my issue was resolved. I be going again for other various issues that may come up.

Dr. Bell was very thorough with my eye exam, and she explained everything to me very clearly. I felt as goods about her assessment of my eyes as I ever have in the past. I wouldn't consider trusting anyone more than everyone at the Eye Care Center with the protection of my eyes.

Very unprofessional. I work 12 hour shift everyday and I called maybe like 2 times to confirm the appointment. They are very rude. Smart mouth back. Not once did I respond rude like them. Didn't even go to my first appointment there because my fiance said it was a rude place.
