Dr. Parker and staff are fantastic. Exceptionally thorough looking at different potential issues based on my individual situation, and he explained next steps after the exam clearly and with consideration to my schedule and finances. All were friendly, courteous, answered all questions, and explained what they were doing and why. I truly feel Loden gives me top value.

This location was recommended by a family physician. Although the ophthalmologists have changed frequently, they have all been very good. The opticians are outstanding and go above and beyond with suggestions and making sure our glasses fit just right. The front desk staff are patient and kind. Two of my family members have had successful cataract surgery as well with Loden. The ONLY downside with Loden is their call center. Calls don't go to local locations and the agents who answer the phone are not trained well at all and many times they aren't staffed enough to even answer the phone. As a call center expert ( I used to speak at those conferences) this is a terrible first impression and causes unnecessary stress for the customers. Loden needs to rethink this model as it has been happening for years and never gotten better. Is staffing economies of scale worth it if you subject your customers to a hot mess constantly? I literally got disconnected during a call and when I called right back, that agent had gone to break. Apparently, my call wasn't important enough to finish!

Today was my first visit to the Loden Vision Center in Smyrna, and the experience couldn't have been better. The atmosphere was warm, clean, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly -- such a refreshing combination these days. I was there for a cataract evaluation, but based on the quality of care I received, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any vision needs. They truly made the whole visit comfortable and reassuring.

The staff are absolutely wonderful, they saw me quick and clean. No drama, no bull, just in out, answering as many questions as i had, encouraged me to ask. They preformed a wonderful wxorsisum to Vanquish Duth'og'dagru the Eye Mind Demon and restored my sight!!!! 10/10 will do again
