While the Doctor was great & very informative, it was really disappointing to show up 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time & see that 4 other patients were still waiting ahead of me. My appointment was at 3:30, & I was not seen until almost an hour later. The 4:15 appointment showed up & I was still waiting. I understand things can run behind, but not once did anyone apologize for the wait. A call ahead of time to let me know they were running behind would've been helpful, considering I planned my work schedule around this appointment. Just the bare minimum of consideration from the front office staff would've been fine, but there was none.

I love going to Target for my eye care. They have the best eye doctors, and I feel heard during each visit especially when I have questions or concerns! She was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! She made me feel comfortable during my appointment, and it was a pleasure meeting her and the office staff.

They doctor was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, concise. Front desk a lil lacking. The scan they use provides more information than the standard that most offices use.

Great service, wonderful staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful, especially the man who helped me pick out my glasses (I think his name was Curtis). Great experience!

My son and I had appointments today at 2:45. When we arrived I noticed there were several people ahead of us which would put us late for our next arrangements. I asked the lady at the front desk if they were ahead. She then informed us yes they were but my appointment wasn't till 3:00. My appointment card said 2:45 so I made the assumption our appointments began at 2:45. This apparently was not true. My appointment card reading 2:45 was to get us there to do paperwork prior to our 3:00 appointment. No big deal we can reschedule. The reason for the 1 star is the lady at the front desk was absolutely rude the entire time. From the look of others in the waiting area they too had already experience this. So I canceled both appointments without rescheduling.

The optometrist was kind of in a rush, she barely listened and interrupted me to keep asking or going with the exam, it was very very fast.

The doctor was very professional and friendly. She got me in and out and got my glasses all ordered within an hour of my appointment.

I've been here for 3 years now and they never disappoint. Everyone is kind and communicates well! I always get my questions answered and customer service is great! The doctor is patient and knows what he's talking about. On the other side where you purchase the glasses or contacts, they are extremely helpful and informative. They're even willing to help you find the right pair of glasses that fit your face!
