I went to the eye doctor after my son accidentally scraped my eye, and Spring Hill Eye Care was able to get me in super quickly. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful.
Keri at the front desk was incredibly sweet and personable. My technician, Ree, was efficient and so kind, which made the visit feel easy and comfortable. Dr. Gozun took the time to clearly explain everything, reassured me, and let me know it should heal nicely -- and to come back if I had any issues.
The appointment was quick, thorough, and I felt genuinely cared for. I would highly recommend Spring Hill Eye Care to anyone. Thank you all so much!

I had such a great experience here! Rebekah and Keri at the front desk were so friendly and helpful from the start. Michelle, my technician, made the exam easy and comfortable, and Dr. Patel was thorough while fitting me for new contact lenses. Kaylee, the optician, was amazing and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses.

Dr Rob is great! He is thorough. Brooke is also great with our check out. Very polite. Caitlyn has a great smile and was very helpful. Abby was also helpful. I can't say enough about the people at Spring Hill Eyecare. We have been going to them for many years. We keep coming back. So they must be doing everything right. Wonderful job guys!! I absolutely love the way Dr Rob incorporated the old house from the property into the decor of the building paying homage to those that went before. The room themes are so funny and interesting.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Spring Hill Eyecare! Our technician Michelle was so helpful with my 7 year old and put him at ease while doing the tests. Dr. Patel was patient and thorough and took the time to go over my sons scans with me in detail making sure I understood. Winter was fantastic helping us order glasses and Brooke at the front desk was so helpful and kind to my kids. And the place was beautiful and clean! Can't say enough good things!

I have had a great experience at Springhill eyecare. Their customer service is without a doubt very well and the doctors know what they're doing. I think her name is Kaylee or Kailee. I'm not sure exactly what her name is but she is very helpful every time I've broken my glasses from sleeping on them. I go in there and they fix them and they also give free refills on the window cleaner for your glasses.
The only reason they're getting a three star is because the price is are absolutely egregious. I spent over $800 on a pair of glasses and that's with having insurance. That is like a 400% markup and these glass companies have a monopoly and because we live in Spring Hill they assume that I have a lot of money, but I don't I'm broke and I feel like I could've bought a car for the same as I paid for these glasses 10 years ago.
Just because all these people moving here from California doesn't mean We can afford to pay California prices.
If it wasn't for this, they would've gotten a FiveStar because their customer service and their facilities is absolutely phenomenal, Kaylee is great. It is not her fault that the prices are what they are. Their manager really needs to change because I will only be coming back to Springhill eyecare to get my free refill of The glass cleaner, I will not be getting another Eye exam or a Pair of glasses.

Recently went for my daughter and was very pleased with the service and facility. Dr.Patel was very thorough and helpful during our visit. Our tech Jessica was very friendly and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Also, Keri at the front desk was the cherry on top of it all. She was very friendly, sweet and informative about the building and history. We love the little fun Easter eggs she leaves around the building too! Thank you for a wonderful visit that didn't feel rushed and made us feel very well taken care of!
