The exam itself was fine, but communication could be improved. We were not informed that the glasses would automatically include non-glare coating and polycarbonate lenses, or that these affected the final cost. It would have been helpful to have these options clearly explained upfront so we could make an informed decision. Better transparency would improve the overall experience, and would have helped us better understand our options and make an informed decision. The staff appeared disengaged and not very proactive in guiding us through the process. A more attentive and welcoming approach would have improved the experience. I'm sharing this in hopes it helps improve the experience for future patients.

Amazing staff- from front counter to sales. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. This was an unexpected stop to buy a pair of glasses with a prescription that I wanted yo get filled for less expensive than my drs office. They helped me to utilize my insurance and order a great pair of glasses.
