Very positive experience with the doctor and staff. The exam was thorough and took about 20 minutes, and despite having patients scheduled before and after me, I was seen right away with zero wait time.

Checking in is great, booking an appointment is great, takes our insurance, and is friendly. Dr. Truong is awesome. Second year here with our family. However, we had a 3:50 appointment and the patient that had a 3:30 appointment showed up at 3:39 and she took our 3:50 slot. Bad practice. Why would you let someone show up 9 minutes late to a 20 min appointment? She should have rescheduled the patient. So instead we are waiting past our appointment time. This felt rude and not very polite from the front desk. We were seen at 4:18, which is 28 minutes past our appointment. Dr. Truong was super apologetic and polite.

Great doctor. Detail oriented, non judgemental and caring. The only problem, after the initial checkup, you on your own. No follow-up, calls returned

Smaller front office than I expected but everyone was really nice! The Dr was quick but thorough. She made my daughter very comfortable for her first ever eye exam. Would definitely recommend!

I absolutely love coming here. The staff are all so kind and wonderful. I always feel so welcomed and excited to be there! Jonathan was a great help and helped me with everything I needed. I recommend this place to basically everyone lol it's worth it. Their prices on frames are pretty good too (especially with insurance of course). Also, if you get a new prescription the same day that you get new frames, you get $25 off! So..DO IT!
