I had my prescription glasses made at Target Optical on Stacey Rd in Allen toward the end of November 2025. The first pair I chose didn't feel like it fit properly. Although they adjusted them, they still weren't comfortable.
I went back, and the team was very helpful and understanding, allowing me to select a different frame. After a few weeks, however, that frame still didn't fit quite right--even after additional adjustments.
I decided to try one more frame, and this time I finally found the perfect fit! All of these exchanges took place within the 90-day warranty period.

He adjusted them the first time but also gave information that Target had softer nose pieces he could try if needed. I came back because glasses still didn't sit right and he kindly changed the nose pads. Glasses feel much better!! Jonathon was so pleasant and helpful. I appreciate both his demeanor and help!
