Amazing service - We had already had our prescription / eye tests done at another doctor but when I called D Vision, they answered all my questions and even provided me the best route to get myopia controlled for my daughter. Stephanie was very helpful. I was able to finally go to the practice and personally thank her and order the Myopia control glasses for my daughter that aren't readily available. The staff was very friendly and bought smiles to my daughter's face "voting" for the best frame. I would definitely recommend them and hope to become a lifelong customer of theirs's. My experience with Dr. Easter was phenomenal and my wife shared the same sentiment. I don't have much experience with optometrists, but she was one of the most professional and personable doctors in any field I've ever seen. I would rate her 5* without hesitation. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about D Vision as a business. I called earlier in the week to schedule appointments for my wife and I, and they were quick to accommodate us that same week with back-to-back appointments, which was great. During the phone call, I confirmed that our insurance was accepted and what the total for our visit would be: a $10 copy for my eye exam and a $10 copay + $25 contact fitting for my wife. After the appointment, I noticed on our bill that my wife and I were each charged a $39 "Fundus Photography" fee in addition to the prices confirmed in advance over the phone. This was never mentioned when I made the appointment, nor was it mentioned at any time during check-in, during the appointment, or following. In fact, I wouldn't have even seen this had I not checked the bill. Instead of walking out paying the $45 total I was quoted for both appointments, they charged my card nearly triple. I called the next day to ask about the charge and was told that this test is something they require for ALL patients, and that while I should have been informed over the phone when I scheduled my appointment, it was in the waiver that I signed. It doesn't feel right to be quoted one price, charged nearly triple, and then be told I should have read the fine print. While I highly recommend Dr. Easter, I can't recommend doing business with D Vision.

I had an excellent experience at D Vision Eyecare. Dr. Douglas Wike is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and truly takes his time with each patient. He explains everything slowly, clearly, and in a way that's easy to understand, answering every question without rushing you. It's rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with such genuine care, and Dr. Wike does exactly that. I highly recommend D Vision Eyecare and Dr. Wike to anyone in the Allen, Frisco, Plano, or McKinney area looking for a thorough and trustworthy eye care professional.

Excellent service!!! The employees were very inviting and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. The doctor was super nice and helped me understand how important is to take care of my eyesight. I was able to get a perfect pair of lenses and an awesome frame at a very affordable price. Highly recommend getting a new pair of glasses here.

Best experience ever! I had an amazing experience today. The doctor was super knowledgeable and took time to address all my concerns, and the front office staff were total pros - exceptional service! I'm just glad we still have dedicated doctors and stuff and I will be coming back for my next checkup here for sure. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Wike and his staff. Dr Wike was very personable, took his time, and seemed very thorough in his examination. He was very patient and addressed all my concerns with care and intention. Definitely will continue seeing him and his team for my regular check-ups!

Dr. Ebrahim and her team are wonderful! I have referred relatives and friends to her, and we've all had an exceptional experience. She truly cares about her patients, and doesn't take any shortcuts when providing a comprehensive exam experience. She has state of the art equipment, and all of your questions are answered with the detailed testing that she is able to provide. Not to mention, they have a wonderful selection of stylish and practical frames. I look forward to this appointment every year!

My experiences have been incredible at D Vision Eyecare. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Dr. Wike finds the coolest glasses! I highly recommend!!
