First of all the people here from Dr Patel down to the the receptionists are friendly and professional. The office is clearly very well managed. Every appointment I had was on time, yet i never felt rushed, and anytime I had a questioned it was answered. I had cataracts, and opted to have the lens replaced. All the options were explained to me thoroughly with no push for the most expensive option which would not have been the best one for me. Day of my surgery again very professional. Surgery and post op was painless with only some slight discomfort. In fact so slight I did not even take a Tylenol for it. Now to the results My vision is close to 20/20. I only need "cheaters" to read the smallest printed stuff. I am an avid outdoors man, and this has changed my life. The best money I ever spent. Many thanks to Dr Patel, Dr Constable and all the staff at Heritage. I would give them ten stars if I could.

I went in for a visit not too long ago and I was very pleased with my overall experience. The entire staff, from the front desk to the technicians in the back were very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. It was also a pleasure meeting both Dr. Norbury and Dr. Patel, who exhibited the utmost care for their patient. Overall, I could say that the doctors and anyone else involved were fantastic and they answered all of my questions with great detail and knowledge. My visit was handled very well and I was in and out much quicker than I had expected. I absolutely reccomend this place to anyone and will most definitely be back again. I can guarantee you that the folks at Heritage will take care of you better than anyone else.
