We were in McKinney for a competition. My daughter's eyeglasses broke on the way. I stopped at walmart and was unable to fix them myself. I was shocked and ever so grateful they were open on a Sunday. I didn't catch his name, but he was so nice and patient and was able to fix her glasses! I am so thankful for his help!

Unbelievably kind customer service. The first prescription I gave them turned out to be too high so they assisted me in changing the lenses on the glasses I'd bought from them, which was thankfully free of cost! Then I decided to change the frame on my sunglasses, because it was pinching my nose and far too heavy, and was able to do so as well! The 100 day limit to decide whether you want to change frames is an excellent policy. Andi and her coworkers were incredibly helpful and patient. I came into the store so many times over the course of a few months, indecisive and with different requests, but never felt judged. I appreciate this store so much and though I hope my glasses last and I don't have to come back for a long time, when I do eventually need a new pair, I will be shopping from here. Highly recommend

When I enter into the store I was greeted as if I was the most important costumer on the earth. I cannot recall the other associate name that greeted me as well. He was very polite and warming.

My 5 star rating is based on a conversation I had with the store mngr, Austin, end of evening last day of 2025... after leaving horrible waste of a good 2 hrs on phone and in store nearby at Warby Parker- who tried to pass off a tint of theirs as being FL-41 lenses and just had nothing good to offer. Thankfully, I called Visionworks. I just couldn't make it in time to get there and look at glasses tonight, but enjoyed the genuine/ honest attitude and information from Austin. He said yes they take Eye Med, no their tint is not FL-41, and their Buy one Get one sale will run in January (closed New Year's Day). I am definitely willing to pursue being a customer here because of my initial interaction with Austin, and am thankful some places still maintain some good integrity. He lightened my disheartened mood from Warby Parker nonsense. Very glad I called him. I'd advise you call or even go up there. I may go this next Saturday!
