I had such a great experience at this eye doctor's office! The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Tran took his time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. The exam was quick but very thorough, and I could tell he really cared about my eye health. I left feeling confident about my new prescription and appreciated how easy the whole process was. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care and great customer service!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Tran and his team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The office was clean and well-organized. Dr. Tran took the time to explain each part of the exam, answered all my questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated his attention to detail and care. Highly recommend this practice and Dr. Tran.

Dr. Tran helped me tremendously after experiencing regular squinting and headaches that only got worse with time. He immediately knew that I had been over-prescribed for almost 10 years which was causing long-term harm, along with wearing contacts that didn't account for my astigmatism for as long as I can remember. I am now on the right script, have the right contacts, and even cute glasses that have helped address my issues plus I understand more on how to be proactive as my eyes age. Dr. Tran is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and trustworthy. I've had nothing but positive experiences since he opened his practice, and his staff is easy to work with for scheduling and order shipments. Highly recommend!!

My fiance recently visited this optometrist, and we had an extremely unpleasant experience. During the exam, the doctor repeatedly asked if my fiance smoked, even though he had clearly stated that he didn't. When we firmly denied it, he responded with, "But you smoke sometimes." We both vehemently denied this, and another issue we encountered was that the doctor claimed my fiance slept in his contacts, which he never does. We felt that he was being extremely rude, and the receptionist, along with two other staff members, were equally unprofessional. Three of them were sitting at the front desk, while two girls were laughing at a patient who was calling in concerned about her recent visit. They were even badmouthing the patient on the phone, which was disgusting to witness as grown adults behaving in such a manner. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this practice.

Went to see Dr Tran since I've been having a hard time seeing distance. After the test, he told me a FEW times he gave me 2 prescriptions so I DON'T BUG HIM wait what? It's been 2 years since my last appointment! Very rude and unprofessional. Won't be going back. BTW- the staff was friendly

Dr. Tran and staff are always friendly and professional. My prescriptions have always been accurate, and I appreciate their consistent care

I just recently visited and Dr. Tran and all staff were great. He listened to all my concerns and took care of everything I needed. Will for sure book again in the future. Everything was very clean and no wait time.

Tran rushes through the appointments. Cut you off while talking. Instead of listening to you, he's so smart he tells you what HE prefers and he sticks to HIS preference. The rest of the staff was nice. I don't care to come back anymore.
