Went to get my yearly eye exam with the doctor next door. He was very nice and tended to all my concerns and questions I had. Once I was done, I went next door to pick out my glasses, I was immediately greeted and was given a lot of recommendations. They weren't pushy at all, which I really appreciate. My glasses arrived within a week, and they were both perfect. Definitely appreciate the customer service and care they give their patients and customers.

I was helped in picking frames by Irene..and made suggestions that were helpful. I was going to use a vision discount through my supplemental Medicare policy and she explained to me that the discounts that they give would be less expensive, which it turned out to be true.. I was going to buy a new vision insurance but with the discounts I don't have to spend monthly for premiums..

The ladies on the glasses side were very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. While I was there another customer was there...she was so trying I wanted to say "Listen Linda" but the lady there handled her very well...so much so the customer didn't know she was being handled and she still left satisfied. The doctor was very professional too. He took his time to explain what the procedures meant and what warning signs could look like. He was assertive but not pushy. I would definitely recommend this company!
