Great optical shop. High quality work and a great selection of frames. Reagan is awesome and he can get things done quickly. I have gotten my eyeglasses done there for years and always happy with the products and delighted with the service. I also like the fact that they are locally owned!!! let's keep our money in the community !!

Went so far downhill, I'm not sure they can recover. Ok so I have bought my prescription glasses here for several years. The dude running the place was always great. Now they have a new person, she said her name is Hope. She doesn't seem to have a clue about optometry or customer service. I went and asked for a new set of glasses, and for her to check if I used my VSP already. Now here's the thing. EVERY optometrist in the USA has access to verify VSP. It's common and even 4207 Optical did this for me every year. But not this woman, noooo. She gives me this ridiculous speech about how "we've never done that". Yes you have, your boss used to do it every year. Then she gets into this total BS story about how she "can't check that because we would have to have a doctor attached to our shop". Dummy, your shop is OWNED BY OPTHALMOLOGISTS! Check out your own website, it says you're owned by Broberg Eye Care which is a group of doctors. It's obvious this new girl Hope just has no clue what she's talking about. As for me, I went to another optometrist, they checked my VSP and I ordered my glasses. Wonder why Hope couldn't do that....

Wow! It's been several years since I ordered glasses from these folks but I walked in at 4:30 in the afternoon with a pair of wire-frame glasses on which the nose pieces were smashed nearly flat. I was afraid they were unrepairable but the gentleman did a wonderful job of fixing them and refused to charge me a penny. I know many optical shops offer free adjustments but this was more of a repair. So grateful!

David and Reagan, had good customer service. Today April 11, 2018, I went to pick up a pair of lens & my old frames, I left to be repaired and was given a totally different frame which was not my original, I left to be repaired! I was appalled and angry of how David tried to justify the change. Never did David or Reagan call me concerning the frame that 4207 Optical could not repair or call to say there would be drastic change of the frame, Nor did they try to call me offering me a similar frame. The new lens David delivered today had a scratch on the left lens. We have been customers customers before it was OSA ,4207 for over 35 years. I will not return and to be treated disrespectfully and humiliated! My rating after 35 years is a O stars. Simply not treated with dignity. Their are times as an long time customer business owners take advantage of you. WARNING IF YOU DECIDE TO DO BUSINESS WITH 4208 OPTICAL CHECK THEIR WORK.

Never have I ever experienced such a horrible health shopping experience ! I saved my money and ordered my favorite pair of Warby Parker frames. I took them there to be completed. They were done on time. I took them home, sitting in the sun so they would darken. They never did. My doctor ordered transitions because of my macular degeneration. I also told him when ordering the first time. He then sent me a brown pair when mine were pink. I got 300.00 back with a struggle. He documented a bunch of lies in case i wrote a bad review. I don't care about that and i just filed it away in my index file. I normally don't write reviews but this experience needed to be shared so potential customers will be aware and be very careful especially if you have brought your own frame. I think he broke mine and tried to substitute a brown framed pair. He said that i broke them and begged him to help me get another pair so he made a pair with brown frames. This is not true !

I've used this business for many years, starting when it was OSA. I cannot even count the number of lenses I've purchased through these guys. They are the best. I'm always disappointed if I go anywhere else. I recommend them to all my friends. Prescription sunglasses I discovered recently, how have I missed out?! Give them a try!
