Great service from Kim at the desk and Ross the optician. Kim greats everyone in a warm manner plus she knows her stuff when it comes to insurance benefits! Ross is calm and professional and helpful with options available to me that I didn't know about. He quickly replaced my old lenses with the new ones I opted for. Took 15-20 minutes when I expected an hour! This location is across town for us but my wife and I have always preferred this location for the service offered. We will be back!

YALL SUCK! STOP SENDING ME EMAILS PROMOTING YOUR CRAPPY DOCTORS AND STAFF!!! UPDATE 12/16/25 - Guess how they responded or what they did...NOTHING! They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. We pay your salary, and you just don't care if people are damaged. Going to the medical board next then I will call my insurance company and let them know. Since I get 1 eye exam a year I will have to see if the payment can be reversed and sent to a different doctor. HORRIBLE COMPANY - HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES. I gave you time to fix this and you didn't. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Still haven't hear back from my complaint. You were quick to take my money for your paychecks but not to hear how bad the doctor messed up my eyes. I have a HORRIBLE astigmatism, and he gave me a prescription for it for my glasses but neglected to put it on my contact order. The sample they gave me messed up my eyes and caused me to take off of work. What kind of doctor messes up like that!! I don't care if I'm the first or last patient of the day! Don't be lazy! The lady up front was RUDE and refused to help me. I sent an email to their home office and never got a response. I will report him to the medical association and Humana. He also messed up my granddaughters and my son in laws prescription. Walmart is better than y'all are. I have never had a problem with my contacts or the doctors they have.

Had a really great experience here just now. I needed only the cheapest possible pair of frames with my new prescription for progressive lenses. (Having lived 2 weeks waiting to replace my only and broken pair, I swore to always have e a spare in future.) I was in and out in <30 minutes for around $160, whereas my fancy new pair using frames I already owned cost > $500. Will return!

this is my nearby America's Best Eye- location and i wanted to give a big shoutout to Lala and Gina for making my long-procrastinated eye exam/new glasses such a great experience. I havent gotten new glasses in 4+ years and first time by myself so it was a little intimidating and general mild anxiety "going to the doctor." they were so friendly. Dr. Kelly Green was also really patient and lovely as well. When i got my glasses in, Gina the manager was truly amazing at adjustments and listening to my concerns and feedback. (I have a low nose bridge and uneven ears so I was worried I'd be "too much") My glasses adjustment took 30 whole minutes and Gina was so reassuring and patient, and most importantly, DETAILED. i told her i appreciated the level of detail she walked through with me. I was relieved I was in good hands. Much love to Lala :) it was a delight chatting with you and my bff who tagged along while I wad checking out.

For several years I've ordered my daughter's glasses from here (after having an exam elsewhere) - the price of glasses can't be beat. I've now used their eye exam services for myself twice, two years apart (I know... I shouldn't have waited two years). The first time, I easily scheduled online and there was a short wait to see the doctor. The most recent time, this week, it was once again easy to schedule online. When I arrived, I was surprised to see 5 people waiting for the one doctor, which I figured didn't bode well, and I was correct. I arrived at 10:15 for a 10:20 appointment and didn't see the doctor until 11:25. I don't even understand how they were so far behind schedule as I asked and the doctor doesn't even start appointments until 9:30am. Once I finally saw him, I found the doctor to be friendly and competent. The waiting area is also the least comfortable and friendly waiting area I've ever experienced at any kind of health office. The chairs are literally bus/train station metal seats, all connected together. I didn't take a picture of the area because it was so full of people. I'm not sure if I'll go back for exams in the future, but will probably keep ordering glasses here because the prices can't be beat.

Horrible customer service. They told me my daughter's glasses would be in between 7-10 business days.I called on the 12th day&Was told it would be another 12 days.So I drove there&My baby glasses had been there for 5days.This place maybe nice for the yt people,But not for blk people.Sad thing the only nice lady there is a blk woman&i feel so sorry for her.Long story short I don't recommend this location..Happy black history month to my people

It's was a nice treatment and great customer service with Ms. Lala, she took her time to experience the plan of getting a better glasses for me and at the end of the day. I ended paying not from my pocket. She is a great lady and deserves a raise
