I just tried America's Best (and specifically this location) for the first time a month ago. Note that I was used to a high end, expensive practice in Westlake. Wow, GREAT service (even better than I was used to) and a really nice, knowledgeable, customer service team. Big Shout out to Biviana and Jenna the two I've interacted with the most (though everyone who works here is great). Specifically they provided me with great advice (even though I walked in with a prescription from another provider), recommendations, were extremely patient with me (true confession, I talk a lot and ask a million questions) and ultimately nailed the 3 range progressive lenses perfectly. Moreover, since they were so great, I went back and ordered some additional glasses to isolate certain distances to make my workday and social needs even easier. These two ladies (and again, all their coworkers) represent America's Best extraordinarily well. In fact, personally I think America's Best should send them on all expenses paid trips to Hawaii as a thank you! HIGHLY recommend this office, 5 stars all the way!

This location consistently gives the best customer care experience and the lowest price available for prescription exams, contacts and glasses. The Hancock location is amazing, as well, but I switched to the Mopac location simply for how great they take care of their customers every time - I'm looking at you, Danielle, lol. I'd recommend them over every other contacts / eyewear store in Austin.

The staff is Amazing. Took my young boy who has severe astigmatism, who very self conscious about having to wear glasses.. Jessica took her time was very kind and reassuring with him. We were never rushed, the level of customer service was amazing!

first and last time ordering glasses from americas best. can't cancel my order because they don't do a full refund only offered to refund about 1/4 of what i paid... but it's been well over the two weeks it was supposed to take for my glasses to come in, can't even say anything about the quality because i still have not received my glasses and they are still not ready for pick up. it's been over the 10-14 days they said it would take and i received my pairs that i ordered from Zenni Optical, that i ordered a week after ordering the ones from americas best. if you're looking for glasses and you actually want to receive them save your time and money and don't go to americas best (or should i say worst???)

This place is amazing! They are very attentive to every detail throughout the exam-picking up prescriptions process. Jessica made me feel very comfortable and able to speak up about even the slightest I wanted to make my frames fit perfectly.

Worst company to do business with! Absolutely no accountability for mistakes. I will never purchase anything from them again. If you like being lied to and blaming you for their mistakes. Then this business is for you. Save yourself the headache and go to a different optometrist. Also check out the BBB reviews for this company. This is happening at every store they have not just this location.

Went for preliminary eye examination and received an extraordinary service. Staffs shall prebook the appointment schedule. The testing equipments are cleansed regularly. Special thanks to Dr. Adrian Lopez who examined patiently and provide the results. He also provides an referral if further followup is required. Kindly note in certain cases insurance isn't covered so please verify same before checkup. Will recommend for basic eye checkup.
