America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I've been a loyal customer at America's Best for years and regularly purchase two boxes of contacts at a time (around $300). Occasionally I run out a little early before payday and have asked for a short trial set to hold me over. I have never had an issue at any other location -- they've always understood and helped. At this location, however, I was refused immediately and the response was essentially that if they gave me trial contacts, they'd "have to give everyone free contacts." That was disappointing to hear as a long-time paying customer. I went to another America's Best location 20 minutes later and they provided the trial lenses immediately without hesitation. I understand policies exist, but customer service and discretion matter. I hope this location reevaluates how they treat loyal customers.

I called to let them know I was running a bit late, they said there was no problem and still encouraged me to come in. All the staff (front desk, testing, the Dr) was so warm and welcoming,but I want to specifically shine a light on Jesse. She was so incredibly helpful. I was looking for a pair of discontinued frames and she called three different locations to help me find them and thank ME for being so patient! I have never encountered such hospitality before. I will return to this Americas best everytime from now on and I suggest the same to everyone!

Thank you, Atlas!! Best experience from start to finish thanks to the amazing customer service that Atlas provided. She explained everything from insurance to lenses and even helped pick the perfect pair of progressives for me. I walked out in record time and paid less than I planned with top of the line lenses.

I was a little late, no problem. Angelica took excellent care of me! She was informative and professional 100%! Abby helped me with my frames and I can't wait till they come in. I have been going to this Americas Best for a couple of years now and will keep going back!

I normally don't leave bad reviews, but it's outrageous how nasty and rude the staff here is, especially in this economy you would think people would cherish their jobs. The doctor & the guy that works there were nice but literally the rest of the entire staff are beyond rude and impersonal. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

Scam! Gave my daughter the wrong prescription didn't want to refund me my money. They treat the customers poorly and give you the run around. I have spent a lot with these people and for them to treat me the way they did is unacceptable.

Angelica was the most caring person I've met. Not only she explaining everything i needed to know with my eye exam. She also got me a discount on my that I couldn't afford at the time. I truly would recommend AMERICA BEST!!!!!!

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. Customer service just told me I'm welcome to take my business elsewhere because I'm frustrated with not being notified of my trial contracts arriving TWO WEEKS AGO!!! If you do business here, apparently it's up to the customer to check in daily to see if the contacts arrived. Unbelievable to call yourself America's Best.
