I have never experienced customer service like this in my life.
I stopped by yesterday to have them adjust the frame I got a few days ago. They gave me the wrong brand, but I admitted it was partly my fault for not checking before leaving the store. Unfortunately, the glasses they gave me looked very similar to the ones I ordered.
I simply asked the woman to make the frame tighter, but she said it looked fine. I told her that I'm the one wearing it, so I know how it feels. She seemed to be in a bad mood or something wasn't right because when she brought the glasses back, they were damaged and looked very unpleasant. I told her I wasn't going to accept them in that condition, and she yelled at me.
When I asked for her name so I could explain the situation to her manager, she refused to give it to me. It was a very disappointing experience, but thankfully, the front desk manager came over and spoke with me. I left my glasses there, and they said they would call me.
Today, the manager called me to apologize and offered to work with me to adjust the glasses or order a new frame.
So helpful and amazing!!!!!! I just went there this morning. Told them my story crazy story. They helped me out as best they could. I just think that they are a rock stars.!!!!! Thank you so much
i felt like my concern with my eyes was brushed off and not taken seriously by dr chukwunoso. he attributed it to something else and basically ignored the fact that i told him i knew something that was happening was making my eyes hurt. no one even bothered to tell me my prescription changed until i questioned it and openly told me they didn't know what my current prescription was when i had just watched them measure it. felt like they cared more about pushing me to buy glasses then my issue. only one of my eyes changed and they refused to order just one lens, citing that it was "just their ordering process", then proceeded to tell me my new lenses for just ONE pair of my glasses would be over 400 dollars when i didn't even need a second new lenses since only one of my eyes changed.
Blue and Brianna really helped me in a jam when I needed some help with fitting some lenses and frames. They were ready immediately and helped me right away. Excellent service and convenient location
My experience at Anderson Vision Source was exceptional from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The eye exam was quick and easy, yet thorough, making me feel confident in their expertise. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated.
Choosing glasses was a breeze thanks to their wide selection and helpful advice. They made sure I found a pair that not only suited my vision needs but also my style preferences.
Overall, Anderson Vision Source exceeded my expectations with their excellent service and care. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a top-notch eye care experience!
Exceptional customer service! I have a small face and have struggled to find frames that work for me. Michael went above and beyond to find frames both in-store and ones to order for me to try on. No high pressure sales, just genuine help to find glasses that work for me. In addition, he adjusted a pair I already own that were purchased elsewhere. I'd been told by several stores my pair could not be adjusted and they just didn't fit well at all. Michael adjusted the hell out of my old pair and they finally fit!! I feel like I got a bonus pair of glasses because of his incredible care, help and expertise. I will only be buying glasses from here. I can't recommend them enough.
I came in for a last-minute appointment as a first time patient for an exam. The staff were all very friendly, personable, and the doctor explained everything super clearly. The wait time for my appointment was virtually nothing, and they were quick to follow up on my online booking request. Very good communication and very pleasant people to interact with throughout.
I did feel pretty pressured to make a purchase on my way out, which was my only negative experience associated with my time here. The lady was EXTREMELY kind but took a while to take no for an answer. I understand she's just doing her job, so I didn't mind too much.
I came in on a tight budget since I'm about to move, so even though my insurance covered most of it, it was a bit embarrassing to feel like my only way out of the sales conversation was explaining that it's honestly just something I'm not able to afford right now. If you're someone like me who gets awkward or nervous during benefits and sales-related conversations and you know you aren't going to purchase frames, prep yourself ahead of time. If you are looking for frames, they do have a solid selection at a wide range of price points with a super knowledgeable staff member to provide recommendations.
I walked in to pick up my glasses today. In my pocket I had a client's lenses. My client is experiencing homelessness and broke his glasses this weekend
I asked.
Delilah made it happen.
THIS GUY gets to see now!
She took the time, made a donated frame work, and did it with a smile. God is good! Thank you Desiree.
