Dr. Nguyen is an incredibly thorough and knowledgeable doctor. From my first visit with her, I was so impressed by how attentive and detailed she was during my exam. She identified multiple issues with my eyes that had never been mentioned by other doctors, despite my having regular eye exams each year. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and it's evident that she genuinely cares about her patients. The front desk staff was also very kind and welcoming. I had a great experience and will definitely be a regular patient!

Dr. Nguyen was incredibly attentive and efficient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and address every concern in a friendly, clear manner. Additionally, the front desk service was excellent; she was very helpful in locating my insurance information and ensuring I had everything I needed. A seamless and professional experience from start to finish.

I was nervous about going to a new optometrist but it was great. They helped me figure out what was best based on my insurance plans and Dr. Nguyen addressed all my questions and concerns. I will definitely recommend her and will be coming back!

The doctor was so kind. She assisted me with new contacts (and gave me two sample pairs!) and suggested I may qualify for medically necessary contact, then filed for coverage of my contact exam with my insurance, which was a nice surprise. I'm moving and was worried about getting new contacts during the moving process. I do appreciate the care I received!

She took her time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure my son and I felt completely at ease throughout the exam. I never felt rushed, and the level of care, patience and attention was outstanding. All of the doctors at Aperture Vision are caring and professional. I booked my first appointment with them after noticing some eye floaters, and after viewing the digital image they took of my eyes, the doctor discovered "the smallest retinal detachment" they had seen, this was on a Saturday. The doctor acted quickly and managed to help me get an appointment with the on-call eye specialist at Austin Retina the very next day to get a laser treatment done, on a Sunday, which saved my vision in my right eye! They have also helped me with a persistent stye (it's long gone now thanks to them), because of their great care I've continued to trust their recommendations for any issues I run in to with my eyes. I also get my yearly eye exams for both contact lenses and glasses with them. The front desk coordinator is also always friendly, professional, and welcoming. I really appreciate everyone at Aperture Vision and am grateful for their knowledge and care! 10/10 I recommend them! :)

Aperture Vision was an utter complete delight. I'd say it's the best eye doctor appointment I've ever had in my life. I've been wearing glasses since childhood and contacts since my teens, so I've been to plenty! Most doctor's office visits can be overly stimulating. Fitting in a visit in your busy schedule or workday can also be a stressful affair. Scheduling was a breeze online. I love it when I can see and choose any appts on a calendar. Makes a huge difference rather than having to fit in a phone call amd scheduling back and forth to find an open appt. The office itself is tiny but it looks like patients are scheduled one at a time. No wait time. Friendly front desk. The office is like a breath of calm compared to other facilities. Quiet and peaceful. You are not rushed but your time is valued as well. Doctor Nguyen is kind, attentive, and I felt confident in her expertise to find me a prescription that works for my needs. I am always pushing the boundaries to get as clear vision as possible and I felt she was aligned with needs. Other doctors shoot for good enough or simply chalk it up to this is the best we can do. I have a high prescription for both glasses and contacts. Even so, not a single doctor has asked my entire life or offered to check with my insurance whether certain coverage applies to cover a greater percentage cost of contacts up to half a year based on certain qualifiers (like medical necessity). I don't even care if that pans out or not, but just the fact that the doctors office is so thorough is so impactful. If you're looking for a fantastic eye doctor experience that's above and beyond, Aperture Vision will redefine what eye vision visits could be like.
