This was a most pleasant experience! The young ladies in reception, were very personable and eager to accommodate. Dr. Josephine Do, is knowledgeable, patient, and delightful. Best experience I've had at an Optometry office in the Austin area, not to mention the location at the Arboretum is prime.

I was referred by Lens Crafters. Office staff was extremely nice and informative regarding insurance coverage. Even the Dr. came out and asked if I would like water during my short wait time. The office was very clean with updated equipment, which is very important for me! I felt very comfortable asking questions and received great feedback and recommendations.

The doctors are kind and the place itself is nice, however, if you ever have a billing issue, this is where they have a BIG problem. They will make you pay the day of visit but will not answer or help if there are any discrepancies.They don't answer the phone, don't return calls, and there is no email available to contact them which is very sketchy. The times I was able to reach them, they said I had to wait up to two months for the claim to go through. It's been 4 months and I still have not received my reimbursement. Even my insurance has tried reaching them and nothing! I do not recommend this optometry, please go somewhere where they are better at billing.

Service was quick, kind, and attentive. The optometrist was working with me and multiple others at the same time, but I never felt like I was rushed or that I was less prioritized. In fact, while I needed my insurance verified afterwards, they gave me time to browse glasses next door at lenscrafters before communicating to a sales associate that they needed me back in for some tests. 10/10 experience, would reccomend.
