Dr. Hemmati is an absolute game changer. After years of struggling with night driving due to small residual astigmatism that regular soft contacts couldn't fully correct, I finally have clear vision thanks to the scleral lenses she fitted me with. Visited Dr. Hemmati at Austin Contact Lens Institute. She did everything possible to get me in on a tight day even with a packed schedule because she knew how much pain I was in. She took such great care of me. You can tell how much she loves what she does and how much she cares for her patients. She took her time to really evaluate the situation. I've been seeing Dr. Hemmati for my contacts for a few years now and I cannot be happier! I've always had a tough time with contacts but Dr. H spent so much extra time working with me to finally find an option that I could wear all day and see 20/20 with. You can tell she really cares about her patients, and she even saw me after hours once when I had a contact lens stuck in my eye. I have absolutely fell in the right hands. I was referred to Dr Hematti by one of her professors, who happens to be my oftalmologist who performed my corneal transplant 20 years ago.
