Best experience ever! Dr. Linh was so personable and such a delightful person. Her staff, Lupe and Lisa, were the same! Lupe was so helpful answering all my(many!) questions and helping me chose the right lens for my lifestyle. They have a nice selection of frames. The location is convenient and there's free parking. I highly recommend to anyone needing an eye doctor, exam, glasses, or contacts.

Avoid this clinic if possible. Staff will not help with questions and if for any reason you run out of contacts before your new ones come in they are greedy enough to not let you purchase/have a sample pair. Even Walmart eye centers usually help you out.

Best optometrist in Austin I have been coming here for years and always have an awesome easy experience. I made the mistake of going somewhere else one year (insurance network thing) and it was a big mistake. Should have just paid out of pocket to come here. Will never go anywhere else in Austin ! No frills, easy, doesn't try to upsell me on things I don't need and so friendly

Been going to Dr. Tang for many years; she is awesome and very sweet. She runs on time and is very detailed about my exam. She has also updated the interior of the office from the previous owner and it looks fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. Tang for routine eye exams.

This place is my recommendation if you need an eye exam and lens prescription. I dont have insurance and need to pay out of pocket. Not only is this place affordable, Dr. Tang is so awesome. I left knowing I had the RIGHT prescription and my prescription was fully optimized to enhance my eye sight. There was no questions left on whether anything was unaddressed or my glasses would be sub optimal with room for improvement from a rushed, uncaring eye exam. I left knowing my prescription would optimize my vision as much as humanly possible. I consider Dr. Tang a top grade optometrist and give the prescription I received an A+ rating.

I've been getting my eye exams and glasses there since 2017 and the quality of service has consistently gone downhill. The level of incompetence has reached a high-level! Today, 8/6/24, I went there to get new lenses for a pair of frames. The woman seated behind the counter desk pulled out two catalogs to match the model of frame to mine. So outdated to be sifting through actual catalogs instead of a file system. She couldn't find them and questioned if I purchased them there. I said, Yes", and it was like she didn't believe me. I'm the past I took the same set of frames there, to be adjusted and she was reluctant to work with them. I prodded and finally got her to budge, but today, I have decided to Never go there again. They just flat-out 'suck'. I am really sorry for saying that but it's true. All I ever get when I go there is, "No..." That is probably the worst optometrist place I've been. My late grandfather who was an optician, is probably rolling in his grave. I honestly don't know how this outlet stays in business. They seem to operate in a 'janky' manner. Thumbs down Terrible...

This place is nice, the staff are very kind, if you pick the right time same day options are available. Frames are either super basic $20-50 or $150-300. But for contacts its very nice, prices are pretty low(on average with most online retailers). I even lost my paper prescription and one call away they sent me an email PROMPTLY. I LOVE IT. I've been going here off and on for 7 years, they don't disappoint.
