Everyone--staff and docs--very thorough and caring. I've had 2 'bumps' in 2 different initial visits: a reaction to my first shot and resulting floaters on second visit. Both minor incidents handled with sensitivity and competence--the reaction was probably to the numbing drops yet return visit was very thorough to rule out infection. Next visit included a 'flush out' to prevent this same irritation. Second visit 'floaters' have dissipated over 48 hours as predicted. Subsequent follow up call from the office staff was welcome and reassuring. A busy office and many patients, yet very pleasant and focused competent care. I see Dr Peter Nixon who I like very much.

Dr.Young presented the cause and solution to my eye issue that was clear and thoughtful; then he executed said procedure with care with an informal but always professional demeanor. My first visit to this office of Austin Retina Associates. Conveniently located across from Central Market South, plenty of parking on the surface lot. Same excellent service as at Austin Retina Central (my usual doctor rotates to this south office one day a week). This office seemed less crowded with patients than the central one usually is.

It does take a while so be prepared to spend some time going through the various stations.
The South location is a very nice facility with plenty of parking and easy to get to.
