My husband, daughter and I have been visiting this location for about 6 years. We have always received excellent customer service and trust that they will do right by us. They know how to file insurance and get us the most for our money. How often can you say that about any doctors office, much less retail store? While my favorite doctor has recently left, we chose to stay because of their attention to detail and excellent customer service. While everyone is wonderful, Annette always stands out. She has such an endearing manner and has such a welcoming happy demeanor. We always enjoy our visits! I highly recommend.

Great experience. Mistake made with my prescription, retested for free, everything was fine, glasses had left prescription in right eye and right in left. Fixed it straight away plus got me lighter lenses. Rock star service.

Wonderful staff. Excellent service. I had problems with my lens and they fixed it. Then I broke the frame and didn't bother to check with them if they can fix it. They just happened to follow up with me on how was I doing and when I mentioned that the frame was broken, they replaced it with a new frame. Really Excellent service !!!

The exam was quick and the staff was patient and efficient at helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. Couldn't ask for more.

Mi experiencia hoy fue bastante desagradable, por parte de la Optometrista,la cual tuvo un trato grosero con mi persona. Mi ingles no es fluido y ella no habla espanol lo que provoco que hablar a con despotismo .
