B Vo Vision

We have been going to B Vo vision for many years. The staff is fantastic and the Doctors are very knowledge and friendly. All of our eye ware is purchased here, so we look great and we can see! The new location is wonderful. Highly recommended.

Dr. Vo is awesome. She is personable and great at her job!! Her staff are very pleasant and better than most medical staff. My only complaint is they held onto $175, that they overcharged me for a year. Most offices would mail their patients a check or at minimum called them.

Front desk is always friendly! They got me in and out quickly for my eye exam and my glasses showed up faster than the estimated time. The Dr. as well is very welcoming and ensures your prescription is 100%.

I had a wonderful experience going to BVO glasses. The receptionist who checked me in and did my initial eye screens (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name ) was really sweet and welcoming and patiently answered all my questions. Dr Vo was also wonderful, I felt instantly comfortable and well taken care of. In the end, Melanie helped me pick out frames and check out. I came in w a tight budget and felt absolutely NO judgment from her or anyone there. Picking out frames with her was super fun and I felt like she was honest about what looked good. Not "they all look GREAT!!!!" like my previous experience. Listen! I'm going to wear these every single day and they DO NOT "ALL LOOK GREAT!!!" Not only that but they had an excellent choice of frames, fitting all budgets. I will definitely return to BVO!

BVo Vision is awesome! I've trusted Dr. Vo with my eye care for at least 16 years and haven't had one bad experience. She and her staff respect my time and never keep me waiting more than 10 minutes. The waiting room and exam rooms are very comfortable, not sterile, and my annual visit with Dr. Vo is always very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend BVo Vision!

Easily the best experience I've had with anything vision related. All the staff is super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They made me feel at home.

My whole family and I have been seeing Dr. Vo for at least 8+ years (I've lost track at this point), and she's always great! Her office is always clean, and the staff is personable. My daughter moved away to college but still waits to come back and see her when she's in town. Would recommend to anyone.
