Bella Vision

My wife and I have been going to Bella Vision and Dr. Le for years. Always an excellent experience. We recently encountered some issues with the transition lenses we received on our new glasses, and Bella Vision swapped out the lenses without hesitation. Thank you!!

Always an excellent experience. This recent visit was my third eye exam in about six years with Bella Vision. I am impressed with Dr. Le and her team. The selection of frames is well considered and I have always found glasses with their recommendations that suit me very well. Bella Vision continues to be one of my favorite businesses here in Austin.

Unfriendly and rude front desk staff. I called to source some blue light filtering glasses and was told they might have some in stock if I came in and found the specific lens I was looking for. Drove across town and when I walked in I could barely finish my sentence before the front desk staff cut me off and told me they couldn't help me. Will never come back to this place again nor will I recommend it.

I love Bella Vision, they are wonderful! I really appreciate their selection - it's almost 100% independent designers! They are also so helpful. Recently my glasses lost a screw and I swung by to see if they could fix them - which they took care of cheerfully and promptly, even with a busy schedule! I am extra thankful since I don't have a second set of corrective lenses. Great place - highly recommend.

I will never come back to this place. I had a horrible experience with my vision care. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional--they didn't even greet me when I checked in. When asking for my insurance card, they didn't use "please" or offer any professional assistance. While Dr. Lee was good during my eye exam, my experience after picking up my glasses was disappointing. When I returned to have my vision checked because I was still having issues, the service desk staff refused to help, saying they wouldn't check my glasses since I didn't purchase them there. However, my prescription is incorrect, and I was left without a solution.

I have been going to Bella Vision for around 13 years and always have the most amazing experience. Dr. Le is the best! She is not only extremely knowledgeable and excellent at what she does professionally, but also the overall experience with her is really like visiting with a good friend. The conversation is always good. I look forward to it every year!

My first visit to Bella Vision was outstanding! Everyone spent so much time with me, explaining each test, insurance cost and coverage, and went above and beyond in educating me about my options. Dr. Le is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and made me feel comfortable and confident that I was getting the best care. She even helped me pick new frames that I'm so excited to get! Amelia guided me though finding the perfect frames, she pulled options I loved and listened to what I liked and didn't until we found the right ones. She made sure I was confident in my choice and helped me pick the lens options that will make all the difference for my strong prescription. And of course, Tanja was so welcoming and kind and made me feel at ease from the first call I made to schedule all the way through my appointment. I felt very safe in their space, they have many COVID safety measures including limited patients in the office so I was even able to try on frames without my mask on which is pretty necessary. Can't wait to get my new glasses and contacts and I'm already looking forward to my next exam in a year!
