Visited the office recently. Dey, who is the clinical supervisor did my screening. She was quite friendly, knowledgeable, patient and professional! The most amazing part is that Dey understood my concerns and cared about them. She also spent more than 20 minutes to answer my call for the questions and the follow up. I'll continue to visit the office as long as Dey is around.Thank you, Dey!

I have been in for the past two years and have seen Dr. Settle each time. He was very nice, thorough and explained the condition of my vision clearly to me. Both visits were worth a 5-star review. What lacks is any sort of customer service. I have been trying to get an appointment for a month. I have filled out the "contact us" form and made three telephone calls, leaving messages each time with their voice mail. I have asked for call backs but it never happens. I hate to change doctors but I really do need an appointment. If you are fortunate enough to get through, you will receive outstanding care from the techs and doctors. Getting through seems to be the problem.

I'm very pleased with the staff and doctors at Broberg. They treated me with the utmost in care and respect. When I had concerns, fears and needs, they were there with me every step of the way. Dey C. a tech went the extra mile to be sure the paperwork for my job was on target and on time. Good job, D, and 5 stars for you and the Team. Dr. Broberg has been our doctor for over 30 years. I greatly appreciate his expertise and professionalism. He takes the time needed to make a diagnosis and then to explain the diagnosis and any plan of action that might be necessary! I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor! I would and HAVE highly recommended Dr. Broberg!!

My husband and I have been patients for a number of years. I'm writing about my experience in rescheduling an appointment. The person I spoke with could have been a robot. She was curt without an ounce of friendliness in her voice. She definitely needs training in the ways of dealing with the public or should be replaced. Barbara Cox

Been a patient here for a couple years and have been underwhelmed from the start by Dr. McGlathery and his staff. Today was the last straw. I was running late for an appointment, which is totally my fault. I called and asked if it would be okay if I was 10 minutes late and apologized profusely. The person on the phone made it seem like no big deal at all, didn't even mention a grace period policy or anything like that. By the time I got there (thanks austin traffic!), I was 15 minutes late. At that time they decided that they would tell me the grace period policy and ask me to reschedule, which I would've appreciated knowing before driving 30 minutes out of my way. On top of all of this, I never got reminders on my appointments and it just generally seemed like they didn't care when I was there for appointments. Almost like they were just trying to get people in and out the door. Not the type of care I would expect from a professional. All this to say, I'm taking my eye care more seriously and checking out another ophthalmologist's office with a team that actually cares.
