Ordered contacts from Walmart and they refused to give me trials and I couldn't see for days. Went to a different Walmart and a different practitioner and they were glad to help. The people working here don't want to help at all, even if Walmart coordinated our information with them. I was given one trial in most Walmarts but this one has people who don't care what so ever.

This was by far the best eye exam experience I've ever had. I was greeted upon arrival and the check in process was nice and easy. Very little paperwork to process and I only waited 5 minutes before being seen by the doctor for my eye exam. The doctor and the staff all had contagious positive energy and were professional at the same time. It only cost me $202 for an eye exam that included a contacts and glasses prescription. I strongly recommend Capital Eye Care. Thank you, I will be back again!

We were made an appointment on Saturday and were seen quickly to get my teenage son a new prescription. A week later we received his glasses but the prescription was off. They handled it very well and asked us to come back to redo the entire procedure to make they got it right and they did. We all make mistakes and sometimes the tools we use can be off as week. I recently broke my glasses and had previously run out of contacts so I needed a exam asap. I tried to do a walk in but office is appointment based only, fortunately someone canceled and the staff called me right back to see me later that day. They have a good bundle deal where you get a glasses exam, contacts exam, a first trial of contacts, and a warranty on your visit! which was great considering I don't have insurance. The office was very clean! the staff seems to be going out of their way during COVID-19 to make sure everything is sanitized and to keep patients safe. They have a mask required policy and limit the amount of people in the office because it's a bit small. The staff was also very nice and seemed like they really care about their patients :)

They don't answer the phone. It's apparently policy. I did finally get a call back, after leaving two messages, but the response was not helpful. "we can schedule you for Wednesday." Every other optician I've ever used would check my new glasses on a walk in basis, almost always immediately. Something is wrong with either the glasses or my prescription: they usually want to find the problem immediately. Not this place. Besides, I leave for Missouri Wednesday. I really suggest you go elsewhere.
