Dr. Hamissou is wonderful! She (and the entire staff) really care about their patients and it shows. They let you take your time and help you make decisions instead of just rushing through the process like other places. I'm writing this with my new contacts in and I'm not wearing glasses for the first time in years!!

My family has been going to Dr. Jansen for close to 10 years now. Her staff, especially her office manager Tracey, are ALWAYS super helpful and so pleasant! We have enjoyed being under the care of Dr. Jansen so much that even having moved 8 years ago, we make the 90mile trip to see her yearly. She spends time with her patient, genuinely cares for them, and listens to their concerns. With our extensive eye history there's no one else we would trust to care for us, than her and her staff!

Dr Cheryl Jansen and team (especially Tracie) are the best OD's in Austin (actually in the world). They have assisted our family for decades! I cannot more highly recommend such a competent and caring group. They have nursed me through Bell's Palsy and cataract surgery. I have utmost confidence in their skills, both for eye exams, contact lenses and glasses. Quality abounds.

So everyone there is nice enough and the prices are on the higher end. The actual exam was standard and the optometrist knows what's she's doing. They have a front show room full of glasses and none of it is in stock. If you buy glasses from them expect a minimum of a week turn around. If you end up having an issue expect them to take away your glasses for a week. I ended up paying to have my glasses repaired at Lense Crafters, when they were still covered under warranty at this place, so I wouldn't be without them. Lens Crafters had it done in one hour. Save yourself time, money, and trouble by just purchasing your glasses else where.

I've been going to Dr. Jansen since I was a teenager. She is absolutely wonderful and her office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend for your eye care needs!

I love going to this eye center for my son's glasses and have been going there for about 5 years. Unfortunately they do not provide the full manufacturer's warranty on frames, so I am having to go through Ray Ban which takes a lot longer and is more of a hassle.

Didn't meet with Dr. Jansen but Dr. Chu. She's super patient with every question I had and has my best interest in heart. Will def come back to Dr. Chu!

I have had good service every time. This is a great practice, they follow up with phone calls quickly and are really nice.
