Clear Vision Optometry

This is the best and most thorough optometrist I've been to! I like how they use an optoscanner to take detailed photos of the back of my eye to check for diseases. I'm quite happy with the care that I received. They have a vast selection of frames as well with knowledgeable staff to help you. I will be coming back yearly.

I've been coming here since I was fourteen years old as a Spanish speaker (I'm 26 now) and I have always had good experiences here. I've learned to accept my eye limitations with eye infections not letting me get contact glasses but they were very kind and friendly when they were teaching me how to use it when I demanded to try them anyways. Every time I come here I feel they care more about patients' health over profit.

If I could give less than one star I would. The place was dirty, cluttered and everyone from the receptionist and on seemed to think that I was an inconvenience to them. No one took time to listen to me, they were in a hurry to get me out of there. The provider kept telling me not to be afraid of things. I was not afraid, I have done these tests many times. I have anxiety and pretty acute reflexes that I am not able to control. I tried to explain this and keep trying to continue the exam and the provider rushed me out of there without completing the exam. My exam was incomplete and yet the doctor seemed to think I had a hole in my retina?! They left an important number off of the prescription for new glasses. I called, texted and emailed the office and was never contacted with the information or how to get it. I guess I now have to pay for another exam so I can get a completed exam and completed prescription. At this clinic, I did not get what I paid for.

I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The doctor charged me a lot of money for a prescription and glasses that did not improve my vision. I left with headaches and blurry eyesight, and I feel that I was misled. On top of that, the front desk staff was extremely rude and even mocked me when I tried to explain my concerns. Because of this treatment, I will never return, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before coming here

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Steven. He has taken exceptional care of me, always going above and beyond to ensure I receive the best possible treatment. His expertise, professionalism, and genuine compassion make every visit a reassuring experience. He takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and provide personalized care that truly makes a difference. Do not come here! We waited 45 minutes over our appointment. My son is Deaf and the doctor told me "while to hand signal to him"... First of all, is if American Sign Language and if you don't have the awareness, knowledge or patience for this demographic you need to take some type of class. The doctor and staff are not able to communicate on a level of basic understanding for this group. I am hearing, he made no attempt to make this appointment go well. I will never come here again, I do not trust his reading and I see why they have such low reviews.

NOT A GOOD DOCTOR DONT COME HERE !!The doctor told me you have very red eyes and I said if it's that I just removed the contacts and they threw that air when they do the test in your eyes and since I almost don't use them now just because my lenses are broken but usually only like 3 times a month and he tells me I don't think you're telling the truth and he told me you have to throw away the contacts and I told him now this month I already run out of the last pair because I grab them every 3 months and he told me that's not true they don't count for 3 months he told him if they do it at Walmart I buy the 3 months each box for each month and I said to myself well who do I think if you tell me one thing and there another and he told me well you have to stop doing that because it's going to give you an eye problem in the eyes and I're going to be worried then the staff was really good very nice but the doctor o men horrible I have been having glasses and contacts for more then 9 years and I have never been with a rude doctor if I could but a 0 star I would but never coming back again

Lied about insurance not willing to pay for retinal screening and tried to make me pay it out of pocket. Never ordered my contacts even though they said they did. Doctor made unnecessary comment about me wearing color contacts. Front desk was rude and constantly hanging up before you get to finish. Unclear communication/information. They don't wipe down the machine before and after use. Sanitary is not there. Just terrible place to go to.
