Dr. Wahl is THE very best! I've seen her for several years--by far the best health care provider I see anywhere. I trust her completely. Professional, knowledgeable, patient and a great communicator. She is also gifted with a wonderful sense of humor. There is NEVER a feeling that she is rushing between patients--an unsettling habit of many doctors. Her focus is entirely on you, the patient.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Wahl at Capital Eye in Bee Cave for the past four years, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Dr. Wahl is an excellent, knowledgeable, kind optometrist! My family and I have seen her for the past five years and she always remembers details about our life and shows genuine interest in our well-being. As a doctor she stays educated on the newest technology and provides a comprehensive explanation to why she chooses various treatment plans. I have a complex health concern and she's always very thorough in discussing changes in my vision and/or treatment plans. Aside from that, she really thrives on patient input and works alongside you to recommend what is best. She has encouraged and empowered me to advocate for myself when it comes to other seeking providers to address my health issues. 10/10 recommend Dr. Wahl, you won't be disappointed!

Dr. Wahl has been an amazing lifeline for us in Austin. She has been so supportive as my husband had some emergencies with his vision due to a cancer diagnosis that affected his sight and she got us in quickly and helped support him all the way to get all the answers and healing needed. She has also been so knowledgeable and supportive for me as my prescription has changed and she spends quality time with me and knows exactly what I need. I highly recommend her if you want someone with in depth knowledge about her field of medicine and incredibly thoughtful and kind.

Despite only seeing her once a year, and she always asks me about my family and my job, and checks in to see how I am doing in general. I appreciate Dr. Wahl's ability to form this kind of relationship, as it shows she genuinely cares. She is patient, answers all my questions, and helps me find the best optical solution for my needs. Dr. Wahl is a fabulous and caring clinician. She knows her field incredibly well, and she truly cares for her patients and goes above and beyond to take care of them. I have a friend in the Houston area that was having a severe vision problem and I mentioned it to her. She helped to find a specialist for my friend, ultimately saving their vision. She helped solely because she was concerned about their well being - they aren't even her patient. My children and I have seen her for years and will continue to do so as long as she's practicing in Texas! She's such a wonderful asset for the Austin community. 10 out of 10!
