I've been a patient here for about 2 years and they've helped my dry eye tremendously! Both docs, Dr. Lucy Ton and Dr. Jean Mengoli, are fantastic. Gabby, Maddy, and Rachel are also very professional and kind. They do a very thorough initial exam to customize a treatment plan for your specific needs. My dryness has improved so much that now I just need maintenance IPL/RF treatments. You do need to follow through with the protocol to see results, but I am very happy with my experience and would highly recommend this practice.
