I had the best experience while getting glasses for the first time.. Dr. Duke has recently retired and Dr. Priyal Desai has taken over the practice she is a jewel. She was very personable and explained everything in detail. The staff is so friendly and always seems to have big smiles on their faces.. Lily helped me pick out my lenses and was so patient with me. Helped me keep with in my budget for sure. She has worked w Dr. Duke for years and I am happy she is staying on board with the new Dr. I highly recommend Austin Eyed Clinic!! Keep up the good work..

Great place and prompt service. I have been coming here for years and the staff is great and had been there longer than I have been going. It's a good environment and everyone is very nice and helpful!

The new doctor's staff that took over the practice was totally unprofessional and surprisingly immature. When enter the practice the front door was wide open as movers were taking out old equipment. While I am vaccinated and bolstered. The had "NO" signs posted to wear a mask. The two women, one of Latino decent and the other of Hispanic decent was a sad commentary in professionalism. I was scurried out, as I did not have a mask on. Reminder that I stated I was fully vaccinated, and they did not have a sign posed for mandatory mask wearing. I went back to get a mask. While door was not locked the Mexican girl came to the door this time not letting me in, all while with her 7 grade grin on her face. Informing me that the owners changed and closed the door. People of color...the oppressed attempting to be the oppressors...you go girl. What a way to wear your ignorance.

Dr. Duke was great! Explained everything about my eyesight and was so friendly (as well as the rest of his staff). Very professional. Can't wait to get my glasses :)

Service was great! I would order contacts elsewhere though. Their prices are a bit higher to what I'm used to.

Phenomenal customer service! I will recommend to everyone!
