The professionalism of the staff and Dr. Combe at Envision made me feel at eased. They are very welcoming, helpful, polite and accommodating. Dr. Combe was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my eye health. The optometrist took time to listen, answered all questions, and explained, for instance, retinal imaging results in understandable terms. The state of the art equipment used was impressive, making for a very quick and accurate exam. 5 stars. I would recommend Envision to everyone.

Specially thanks to Dr. Combe who stands out not only for her professionalism and extensive knowledge but also for her warm and caring personality. She has a wonderful way of making patients feel comfortable and well cared for. Thanks also to Audrey, who was fantastic and patient in helping me choose beautiful frames for both my reading glasses and sun glasses - they fit my face perfectly! While Envision is not the cheapest place you can go, it is worth it to me for the very friendly doctors and excellent helpful staff. I really need help picking out glasses and I've always been satisfied with my choices there. I also need/like to get a bunch of bells and whistles and they help break down the costs and benefits.

This was an incredible experience. All of the women in this office are very kind and very very knowledgeable. Extra bonus, the office offers consultations on what frame shapes your face best. Extra bonus on top of that bonus, they are right about their recommendations! The doctor was slow and thorough. She answered all of my questions and explained what we were doing throughout the process so I could understand where the health of my eyes currently is and what I should be looking forward to in the future. They also have a plethora of frame colors and shapes!

I had been going here for the last 10 years. This establishment saw me through many life changes, and Dr. Smith and the staff always provided the highest quality service. They were always very responsive through their portal, and they know how to work with you if you want frames from another place. Alas, I moved to a different part of town, and it doesn't make sense for me to continue to go here. But if I ever move back, I will gladly keep going here for my eye care. I will miss this place!

I'm extremely happy with the service here. They really help you find the glasses that fit you based on your needs and everything is well organized and they're online portal as well as very professional optometrists. I highly recommend this place place if you are really looking for quality glasses and personalized help to find them. They also really make sure to explain your insurance benefits and how exactly it works and how much you would be paying. It's very straightful

All the staff were excellent! Very friendly I was greeted as I entered the building. The doctor went over everything and explained everything I may have had questions regarding. They have all of the updated equipment. It was great! I will go back for my next visit. I recommend Envision Eye Center!
