She handled my eye history & complex case & was the one who signed off on my high-power prescriptions. She never makes you feel rushed & genuinely cares about finding the best possible fit for your lifestyle. She is an expert in specialty lenses & a key part of why I trust this clinic with my only seeing eye. She pushes you to explore all your options to achieve the best vision possible! I have Aphakia & she suggested that I look into lens options & connected me to Dr Irshad who also works at the same clinic. Dr. Prosise is so lovely!! I am so grateful to Dr. Farhan Irshad at Eye Clinic of Austin for his expertise and his incredible referral network. Managing aphakia in my only seeing eye is high-stakes, and Dr. Irshad took the time to truly understand my complex vision needs. Instead of just giving me a standard prescription, he recognized that I needed a elite-level custom fit and personally coordinated my care with one of the best lens specialists in the country. It's rare to find a doctor who is so collaborative and committed to getting their patient the absolute best outcome. My cataract surgery was very easy. The staff are knowledgeable and highly capable. Dr. Irshad has much experience and expertise. Calm in his demeanor, wise with patience, he answers all your questions and your time with him doesn't feel rushed. Dr. Procise is friendly, happy and full of knowledge to answer the most simple or complex questions. The overall staff behind the scenes, could be your bestie because they treat you like family. I travel four hours both ways, to make my appointments. They are this good. They are that helpful and you leave know you were taken very good care of!

I have had cataract surgery in the past with Dr. Irshad and now under going Yag laser on both eyes for subsequent scar tissue. Besides his expertise Dr. Irshad has one of the best bedside manners of all the different and many doctors that I have seen. He is consisently and exceptionally kind, compassionate and engaging. He explains all conditions and procedures thoroughly and takes time to answer any questions that you may have. He always makes me feel at ease.Also all of his medical staff have been great!

Dr. Irshad is very professional and thorough! I initially wanted to have LASIK, but after examining my eyes, he explained why LASIK was not a good option for me and explored other options (PRK, ICL, clear lens exchange) with me. My cornea is thin and my prescription is strong. He went through the pros and cons with me for each option. We finally decided to go with ICL. They gave me Valium for the surgery and I felt quite comfortable. This is the second day after my surgery, and I can almost see 20/20. The whole process is very easy and fast. I would recommend Dr. Irshad to anyone who needs those procedures to correct vision.

Dr Penteado was superb. Answered all questions with understandable explanations. 30 days from initial visit, Dr Penteado Removed both cataracts and implanted tri-focal lens. (Well worth the extra $ compared to Medicare covered mono-focal lens) Fantastic results. Almost 20/20 and no more Reading glasses (I was using 3.25s!). Night driving vastly improved! Definitely 5 stars and more. LCK

This practice is the absolute best. I had cataract surgery a year ago. Dr. Irshad turned my 76-year-old eyes into those of a 20-year-old. No glasses required, no contact lenses---which I'd needed since fourth grade. The staff is warm and professional at the same time. A very welcoming, sensitive atmosphere. I can't say enough about Eye Clinic of Austin!!

Dr. Irshad and his entire office staff are always so attentive, compassionate, and empathetic, especially during times when I've been in excruciating eye and nerve pain. They truly listen and make you feel cared for, not rushed. They go above and beyond! Dr. Irshad is one of the kindest and most gentle doctors I've ever met, and I genuinely appreciate him and his entire team. I also love that he continually invests in his education and stays up to date on the newest, most cutting-edge technologies to provide the absolute best care possible. I'm so thankful to be in his care and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone who needed a wonderful cornea specialist.
