I just got back from TSO, and I've been taking my daughter there for 10 years, but today I didn't have a good experience and decided to write this review so other customers in the same situation know what might happen. On March 4th, I picked up my daughter's new glasses at 5 pm. The next day when she came home from school, the frame was already loose on one side. I had to wait until today because the clinic was closed on the 6th and 7th. Today after work, I went to the clinic, and they fixed them, but I'm not convinced that new glasses would loosen the day after I bought them. I asked if they could be exchanged because I just paid $295.00, and the front desk response was: if you want the glasses with different frames, you must pay $50 in addition to what you already paid, because those are company policies. I'm writing this review because the last pair of glasses I ordered two years ago were replaced because the frames didn't have the metal inside to allow them to bend. They didn't charge me anything extra. But now, it seems they're charging an additional $50 on top of whatever you already paid. I'm writing this review so other customers are aware that if they have any issues with the frames and want to replace them, they should expect to pay an extra $50, even if they've only worn the glasses for 24 hours. I don't think this policy is appropriate because my daughter's glasses were only worn for one day. How is it possible that the frame has already loosened on one side and that there's an extra charge? I hope the company reconsiders its policy because a satisfied customer recommends the company to others, while a dissatisfied customer doesn't.

A small screw fell out of a hinge on my designer sunglasses. I went to 2 optical stores but neither one had the correct screw, but the second store advised me to try TSO. The staff at TSO were efficient and friendly. Shana was able to find the correct size screw to fix my sunglasses! She did it with a smile and even cleaned them before returning to me! Thank you!!

I recently took my 6 year old daughter. I'm always nervous because while we're newly using medicade i've noticed a difference with services vs when I had insurance through my job or paid out of pocket. But they were kind, they answered all my questions. I was truly impressed. My only negative comment is no one there looks happy :/ no one is smiling or laughing but honestly despite that 10/10!

Great experience as usual today with prompt intake, preliminary exams with Yisbet, Dr. Nyugen for the comprehensive exam, and Shana for the optician experience finding THE perfect pair of glasses meeting my needs and wants. Dr. Nyugen gets a particular shout out for listening to my concern about missing my contacts and providing samples so I can explore different products that might be more comfortable. Fingers crossed!!!! But meanwhile, I'm excited about the style of glasses Shana found for me and I particularly appreciate her assistance walking around to find the right pair yay!!!!

My father placed an order for his glasses and waited nearly one month without any update. When he went in person, he was told the glasses had arrived but were made incorrectly. We were then told to wait again. After waiting two additional months, no one ever contacted us. Today, we returned in person and were told that the order was never placed at all. This means everything we were told previously was false. This situation is unbelievable and reflects extremely poor communication and mismanagement. My father has waited months for something essential, only to find out the order never existed.

Bianca was extremely patient and helpful with elderly gentleman I accompanied to her office. Spent a lot of time explaining everything and was very compassionate.

Well I'm 61 year old and I never thought I would be wearing glasses. I would recommend them to my friends and other peoples . It was my first time there and the service was fast and the doctor was nice and professional. I honestly enjoy my visit.

Accepts Medicaid which is the only few in the area was able to make an appointment for me and my 2 kids we all got seen promptly
