Recently had an appt scheduled. Talked to the office to confirm, was also getting text confirmations up until the morning of. I took off work, was heading into Austin for my appt when I got an additional text saying Dr. Colorado no longer works for the office. No other appts available for today. This lack of communication can be frustrating for someone who takes off work and is headed into town for this appt. Office staff on the phone was not very helpful. Due to lack of communication I will not be using this office any longer.Unfortunate as I have been going to this office for years.

Don't go here, I had a horrible experience. Courtney the front desk lady is rude to you, I was waiting awhile to be seen. Overheard them talking about a worker who got let go recently, to me that is very unprofessional. Workers talk about patients behind their backs and you can hear them in the exam rooms. One girl was cursing a lot about issues with her family or some person. So if you don't want your time waisted don't go here avoid this eye clinic. Very unprofessional and not much selection on glasses either.

Dr Stephanie Colorado is the best. I am the most difficult patient an optometrist has ever seen. At 80 years of age, I have limited focal range and wear 5 pair of glasses with different distances. After 5 failed attempts with various optometrists, Dr Stephanie Colorado takes on the challenge. With her first attempt she gets everything perfect. I discover maximum use of my limited focal range. Dr Colorado has me totally figured out and provides me with better than 20-20 vision. If you seek all you can see then this is the place to go.

I never really write reviews but I felt this office deserves it. I work in healthcare so I'm very careful on who I choose to be seen by when it comes to health care visits. I like to make sure I'm being heard and not treated like just another patient. For the longest, I was wanting to find a clinic to call home when it comes to my annual vision exam. From the staff to the doctor, they made me feel so welcome and were such sweethearts. Even though it is a drive for me, I still will be going to visit them! They are AMAZING!

They just straight up don't answer their phone. Says location is closed on the phone even though Google says it's open. Have been trying to get our prescription, that they already have, emailed to us for a week at this point and 9 out of 10 times I've called I've just been hung up on while listening to elevator music.
If I can't even contact you for the most basic of things, why would I continue giving you my service? We won't be returning here
