The frame selection is always fun and unique, and the front desk staff went above and beyond helping me with a warranty on my sunglass lenses. Highly recommend!

Today was my first time at Eyejoy. The physicians assistant who did my testing (I forgot her name) but she was great and answered my questions throughout the testing. She didn't rush and was thorough. Dr. Le was so kind and explained everything to me. The opticians (both, but Sasha assisted with my glasses) were efficient and kind. Overall great experience!

I took my four kids here last year to get exams and glasses. We showed up early, everything went smoothly, we bought several pairs of glasses, came back in for fittings, etc....
I just called back to set up this year's exams because last year was a good experience and the woman told me that I'd need to pay a deposit (even though it's covered by insurance) because I was booking for four kids.
Seems like a way to punish families and repeat customers. Really bad look.

Dr. Le was incredible in diagnosing my vision after months/years of uncomfortable sight. The ladies in the front were so welcoming and they guided me every step of the way. I'm a no insurance patient so $99 was my total without any glasses (yet). Glasses are pretty steep there BUT the ladies worked well with my budget and offered me alternatives so I could afford the glasses I needed. Thank you eye joy for helping me with my eyes!

I've been a patient of Dr. Tran's for 7 years. She genuinely improved my quality of life by identifying that I had a vision disorder and prescribing Neurolens glasses, which have greatly reduced my eye fatigue, headaches, and motion sickness. She's always lovely to chat with, and she genuinely cares about her patients. Every time I go in for my yearly checkup, I'm amazed by how pleasant the experience is. The office has great vibes, and all the glasses they sell are so cute. Cannot recommend this place enough!!
