I was very pleased with the knowledge and helpfulness I got from Maiya at Eyemart Express in South Park Meadows! She was very patient with me while I decided on which style of frames to pick for my prescription sunglasses. They had so many designer frames to choose from! The store was very organized, clean and labeled with all the designer names for the frames. I was very happy with my new tortoise shell frames that were priced well. They were ready for pick up the next day and she adjusted the frames to fit my face just right! I give them an A+ for the quality of the frames as well as the staff's helpfulness and patience! Thank you Eyemart Express!

This morning I went for a exam with dr Reed excellent service and very thorough exam! Best experience I've had in 30 years! Then Ashley next door sold me the glasses and helped me with my insurance ! My whole visit cost me 0 with my medicare replacement insurance! I got Michael Kors frames and they will be ready this afternoon! Wow the experience made my day! Thank you for your kind and professional knowledgeable service !!! Go see them yall you will NEVER be disappointed!

Loved the service, staff was really friendly and helpful, it was my 5 year old first time needing glasses and they helped us all the way for a perfect fit with his favorite colors. Staff was really sweet with my boy and the rest of the customers, also fast service we waited less than than an hour to have my sons glasses ready. Over all great service.

If there was a higher rating available to me, I would give Eyemart Express a higher rating! I ordered new progressive glasses and a pair of sunglasses from them around noon today and was able to pick them both up before 5 pm! What wonderful service and a great deal! I especially want to shout out to the young man who helped me - Patrick Taylor. He was very professional and patient and accurately answered all my questions. He processed my order for the two pair of glasses very quickly and was so very personable! You can't go wrong using Eyemart Express. (I would tell you to ask for Patrick, but he would be inundated and I thought all the individuals working there were kind and helpful as well!)

WOW I totally love my classy, new, elegant, designer, sunglasses, and my oversized, classy glasses I couldn't be more pleased. The customer service was amazing. I was greeted kindly very friendly. Informed Customer Service. The rates were very reasonable, and I was able to pick up my two items in a much shorter time from the time they were ordered, which was also impressive. My son had used them when he was traveling from overseas and they were able to replace his lens and frames within a couple of hours, which was So very helpful
I highly recommend this place for optometry selection and price. They have plenty of options.
